The 2024 Achievement Presentation of the TIBA Concludes Successfully!
Deepening Digital Transformation × Realizing Net-Zero Goals
Chairperson Wen, Show-Ling. and the Taiwan Intelligent Building Association Collaborate with Industries to Redefine Smart Buildings On December 20, the Taiwan Intelligent Building Association (TIBA) held its 2024 Achievement Presentation, showcasing significant advancements in talent cultivation, international collaboration, and certification systems. During the event, it was announced that the Taiwan Smart Building Material Certification will transition from private administration to governmental management under the Ministry of the Interior's Architecture and Building Research Institute. This shift will enhance the certification's importance and symbolic value while strengthening Taiwan's smart building industry's competitiveness.
Looking ahead to 2025, the association will focus on dual-axis development, emphasizing digital transformation and achieving net-zero emissions. By deepening international exchanges and establishing the APIGBA certification, TIBA aims to lead Taiwan's smart building sector onto the global stage.
